Providing a seamless entrance and exit experience for the public is vital to the success of any event. With the right planning and correct procedures in place, you can ensure a safe and enjoyable event for the public whilst achieving cost efficiency savings.

Pre-event planning:

A seamless booking process can help take the stress out of your ticketing operation and allow your visitors to book their tickets/car parking for your event in advance. Advanced bookings speed up entry on the day and provide cost savings for organisers.

We provide advanced ticketing via our dedicated online portal with optional telephone support, powered by Ticket Monkey.

Visitors to the Ticket Monkey site can book their tickets/car parking in advance using a credit or debit card (and car number plate if required). They will receive a confirmation email confirming their booking and event details along with a map and clear directions to access any off-site parking.

On the day operations:

On event day we use our hand-held ticket scanners to process advanced bookings quickly and efficiently, speeding up the entry process and providing event organisers with real time admission data.

To cater for on the day ticket sales and additional visitors we can provide our secure TicketSafe booths at entry points with trained, experienced staff to handle last minute ticket sales and any customer queries.

Infrastructure & staffing:

We use our (ANPR) or Automatic Number Plate Recognition system to read number plates and identify advanced bookings (for visitors travelling in vehicles) and hand-held ticket scanners to identify pre-paid pedestrian visitors. All equipment will be set up and tested by us in advance of the event and trained support staff supplied on the day to manage the system should you require it.

We can also supply trained cash handling staff and security operatives to help support on the day ticket sales as well as cash handling equipment such as PDQ machines, cash trays, money belts and radios.

Post event & cash reconciliation:

Post event your ticketing operation can be reconciled quickly and efficiently with the aid of the Ticket Monkey back-office system, providing a breakdown of advanced ticket sales. Cash and card payments from on the day sales can be handled by our experienced team on site in one of our secure cash handling offices.

Our Team

Our experienced management team will ensure your admissions process runs smoothly and, with the aid of our hand-held ticket scanners can provide real time visitor numbers and revenue figures. Our unique ‘event mapping’ software identifies entry ‘hot spots’ so we can mobilise staff more effectively and minimise queues and bottle necks at major entry points. This all helps to provide a better visitor experience and minimising disruption to the surrounding road network and pedestrian areas.

All our staff are subject to our rigorous application and vetting procedures.
